A quaint neighborhood with nearby beach

access. “Stairway to Heaven” is

part of a collection of homes in Summer’s Edge, a family oriented

beachside community located in the heart of scenic 30-A’s beach

communities between Destin and Panama City Beach. It is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many

activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and Seaside, and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.



There are 17.5 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Of course, you can always enjoy the miles of unspoiled beaches or one of two neighborhood pools.



The spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor as well as one bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. On the second floor there is a large master suite with king sized bed, sitting area and large bathroom. The covered second floor deck provides a perfect place to relax, enjoy the gulf breezes or venture up the spiral staircase leading to the third floor observation tower. The third bedroom has one bunk bed with a twin over full arrangement, and a single XL twin bed, and a third bathroom on this floor.

Great family spot

Nice house with a great location. Love that there are two pools and private beach access. The house had all the amenities you need including beach chairs and a wagon.The host let us in early because he didn't have a guest checking out that day and gave us advice on travel and grocery. Overall great service and would highly recommend.

Wonderful spring break

Great house with great location! Property manager/owner was extremely helpful and immediately responded and was very friendly. A rolling cooler was listed in the amenities but was missing. Wonderful time at Stairway to Heaven

We had a wonderful vacation and Stairway to Heaven was the perfect home base for us. Everything was as described in the pictures and the location was excellent. The pool was less than a block away and the beach was another block further. Right in the heart of Seagrove…restaurants, shopping, etc., were all minutes away. Summer’s Edge feels like you’ve been dropped into Nantucket. If the room/bed configurations work for you, you’ll have a great time!

We Loved It!

Great location - near Seaside but on a very quiet street and extremely close to the beach. The furnishings were nice. Beds were comfy. Place was clean. We would definitely come back again. The development has two hotels - one of which was heated which was great for February. This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to visit. Perfect setting for a family getaway to the beach.

Fall break 2021

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Great house with everything we needed on a quiet tree lined street in Seagrove beach. Plenty of room for our whole family and the location to the beach was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property!

We will be back!

We recently rented 'Stairway to Heaven' and found it to be just what we had hoped. The house sits on a quiet street just off 30A in a beautiful neighborhood. The beautiful blue hues and decor reminds you that the beach is just a few steps away. The house was clean and looked more like a home instead of a vacation rental. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all three porches. Bike rentals came in handy with so much traffic. Stairway to Heaven is in a great location to bike most everywhere. (Note: reserve bikes well before you get there in order to have them delivered and picked up.) Jane, the property manager was so lovely and helpful with my questions before we arrived. Truly exceptional customer service! The only slight negative is that we found the pools to be not as well-maintained. Weeds growing between cracks around the smaller pool wasn't cool. Overall, the pools were not fabulous. That said, we have already booked for 2022 on the same street. Our family truly had a wonderful vacation.

Lovely home fabulous beach great pools!

We loved this house. Very clean with a great location close to pools and beach. House has King master and Queen bed downstairs. With tall adults it would be great if 2 king beds were present. Kids room was great!!

Great house on great street

This is our third year staying on this street and second year staying in this house. The house and street are absolutely great for family vacations. The street is pretty quiet, the pool is only a little over 100 yards away from the front steps, and the beach not much further than that. The house itself has been very clean both times we stayed, and the large open floor plan downstairs makes it a great place for families to convene and spend time together. However, there are enough places around the house you can go to get privacy if needed. We have two boys under five and bring the in-laws with us for help and everybody had the best time. No complaints from us. The property managers have always been very accessible via text for any questions we may have. We WILL be back!
