No dudo de que en su día la dejaran limpia, pero una revisión antes de la entrada del cliente habría evitado ver el pobre pajarito (…) en la terraza llena de telarañas, polvillo de la gotera del baño encima de la taza, el suelo sucio. "The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
