「スタッフは、皆さんとても親切で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 書き込む程のことではありませんが、客室のコーヒー用の紙コップやマドラー等の備品の補充がされていないことが何度かありました。 総合的に大満足です。」

「Instalaciones muy bien. Personal muy bien. Limpieza buena. Desayuno nuevo. Los valles pasiegos impresionantes. El balneario muy bien. 」

「周りは山しか有りませんが最高に素敵な所でお客様も陽気にフレンドリーで、車があれば1週間ぐらいいても楽しめそうです。ボテスと言う一番大きな村迄タクシーで片道約33ユーロぐらいで行けます。そこから1番大きな村の海にバス朝10時発で日帰りで言ってきましたがタクシー代掛かりましたが楽しかったです。ちなみに月曜日から金曜日だとポテス迄朝9時発がある様でした。」

「Estupenda experiencia ! Las instalaciones estupendas nos dimos un baño en la piscina luego en el jacuzzi …. Perfecto la habitación correcta con todo lo necesario muy limpio y un entorno estupendo , muchos detalles y nosotros nos quedamos en habitación normal pero vimos dos de las temáticas y una pasada ….volveremos .. la atención del equipo tanto por teléfono como en recepción estupenda tambien 」

「Lovely hotel. Our room had a little balcony with a great view over the water. Nice foyer sitting area with a pellet burning stove. There is an attached traditional bar and restaurant serving good cold dishes, but no hot meals. Excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses and their own label wine. Very good value.」

「Stay was great, easy, comfortable. The room felt so clean it could’ve been brand new. Staff was great and helpful with late check in instructions and good breakfast. Only slight downside is that walls are thin enough and area quiet enough to hear the people above/next door fairly easy at night. Just add your own white noise or earplugs and you’re set.」

「Nuestra estadía fue fabulosa. El lugar muy acogedor, bien decorado y limpio. Lo único que nos dio trabajo fue alojarnos ya que no había nadie para asignarnos nuestra habitación. Por lo demás un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y muy acogedor.」

「部屋は落ち着いていてよかったですが、最初のリザーブの部屋がバスタブがクリーニングされていなく、髪の毛と黒ずんだ汚れでルームチェンジをしてもらった結果、景色の悪い部屋になってしまいました。そこは残念でしたが、部屋的にはよかったと思います。」

「Lovely family run hotel, sensitively restored to a high standard in a small residential area just outside Muskiz. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are beautifully furnished. Although it is advertised as having a restaurant, it does not serve evening meals and we were directed to the local town which was very run down and although there were a few bars open, none served food and the restaurants we found were all closed. The factory referred to in other posts is in fact a massive oil refinery...

「Hotel was fine but a bit dated. Good value for money and very convenient for ferry. Easy walk to bars and cafés etc. 」
