「Very characterful property with parking right outside the building. Lovely breakfast and the homemade lemonade was very refreshing. There was no one on reception when we arrived which isn't a problem, but it would have been more useful if there were names against the keys rather than having to phone to get our room number.」
「Superb modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town’s attractions. The bedroom was very well equipped and the king size bed was fabulously comfortable. As we had torrential rain during our stay, we were glad of indoor garage. But for the rain, we would probably have tried one of the many nearby restaurants as the hotel only has a limited choice cafeteria but the food and service were excellent and very modestly priced. Breakfast was copious and delicious. We will return!」

The restaurants in the surrounding were a little bit less attractive. The people of the cafetaria at the supermarket were friendly and helped us in English, but the food choice could be better in the village. Especially English speaking help」
