We noticed our first night there were ants… not a big deal. We sprayed with raid & they ended up going away. 2 out of 6 of the girls sat on the beds & ended up with bites. We checked the beds for bed bugs we didn’t find any. The next morning we opened the washer & there was a pillow case with bed bug stains on there. We immediately contacted the host & left. She said she would process a refund. Come to find out she never processed the refund, even for the night we didn’t stay there. Please see photos below.

Check in was easy. 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, great for 2 families. Equipped with everything you would need. Big screen TV's in every room! Felt safe & comfortable. Beach within walking distance. Plus your next door to the Best Burrito in Town! We had a great stay. Will stay again.

This place was very clean and modern inside with huge tvs and a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable for my family of four. Only complaint was that the front door opens up into the master bedroom and has a big stainless glass insert in it which brings in tons of light in the morning. Besides that’s had a nice vacation in Santa Cruz.

We had a very pleasant experience at this property. It was very clean, tastefully laid out, and with good amenities. At first, we weren’t sure about the location as it is attached to a little restaurant, but as it turned out, it was fantastic. Close to the beach, downtown, right across the street from a little market, and steps away from very tasty breakfast burritos! Once inside, everything was super cozy and well appointed. The host was communicative and responsive. We would stay here again!

Our Santa Cruz stay

Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!

Wonderful stay

The property was in great location. Quaint, quiet and great space. Two master bedrooms with full baths. 1/2 bath off living room area. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 4 adults and kids in living room on fold out or sleeping bag, air mattress on floor.
