Great escape

We were visiting my parents who live in SB and this house was perfect for providing a space to visit while also close to the ocean. The backyard is a perfect little escape and the entire property had everything we needed.

Relaxing house in SB

Lack of A/C made this stay uncomfortable. Twin bedroom does not have a window only a door with out a screen. Double bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. Location is great easy walk to Shoreline Park. Backyard is very beautiful and relaxing.

Quiet oasis in Santa Barbara

This is our second stay at the property. The gardens in the back are perfect for our family to have quiet down time and a brief morning walk from the house to the beach was ideal. We will definitely stay again next visit.

Great place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara

This was an amazing place to stay and relax. The house has everything you need to spend time with family and/or friends. It is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and not far from major tourist points in Santa Barbara. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Our family stayed at Colors of the Coast for our son's wedding. The property is perfect for 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had lots of amenities. The backyard is beautiful and the short walk to the beach was wonderful. Wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect location, great neighborhood, nice house

We really enjoyed the space. Loved the gas fireplace, big kitchen and private back yard area. The bedroom with the double bed was a bit dark, not much lighting, but comfy bed and plenty of space. Perfect spot half a block from the ocean, walk to coffee shops and pier. We would definitely stay there again.

Super comfortable house in an amazing location

This is the best location to stay in Santa Barbara -- just a block away from beautiful Shoreline Park, a 15 min walk to Leadbetter Beach, and a 10 min or less drive to anywhere you want to go in town. The house itself is super comfortable, especially for families. We really enjoyed the big spacious kitchen and the beautiful backyard.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice home, very close to Shoreline Park (1 block walk). Had an issue with propane tank (ran out) and was replaced by the afternoon, so not a problem. Furniture was good, plenty of cookware, beds comfortable, showers nice. Overall good value for the stay.
