「Beautiful large room and balcony, exceptionally clean for a hotel. Our favorite location in the heart of Lionshead. However on this trip the TV didn't work, the engineer sent up couldn't figure it out, and the A/C did not work well...room didn't get below 74 degrees even when set to 65. Manager comped parking through front desk at checkout but didn't come out to acknowledge or apologize. Not the end of the world, but at this price point, I expect better service and working systems.」

「The room and property were very clean. The breakfast bar was standard, but very well maintained and attended. The pool area is small and there were mo umbrellas for sun protection. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the room had little space for personal items.」
