The views on the rooftop were amazing which we enjoyed watching the sunset over dinner. Love the kitchen & all the big windows! It was just so nice & bright! 「Lovely property with deck overlooking the ocean. Sit and watch the pelicans glide by. Easy walk to Ocean beach restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Access down to tide pools just a block away. Great that the place has its own parking space. Very well maintained. Host gave great instructions. Highly recommend!」

「My fourth time staying at NCV. A different place every time and this condo was beautiful. Loved the upstairs balcony, great arrangement of furniture there. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the supplied beach umbrella and it was replaced immediately. Used the gym every morning. Little warm in there but had all the right machines」

「This is a very nice/solid VRBO offering. The unit and building is not in the luxury category as its somewhat dated, but the beachfront location, patio views, parking and convenient access to all SD has to offer makes up the difference. Besides, a trip to SD should be more about experiencing the city than hanging around a condo. We slept well - fresh air and the waves are the only thing you hear. One small disconnect was figuring out the cable tv set up and problems with service in the 2nd...

「Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend...

「少し古いホテルで駐車場が狭いですが、ベッドルームとは別にリビング、キッチンがあり、すごく雰囲気の良いホテルです。スタッフの心配りも細やかで、安心して宿泊出来ました。部屋のパティオからの夕日も綺麗だし、ちょうどサンセットマーケットの日に当たり、賑やかな町も見る事が出来ました。」

「Fantastic location, responsive hosts, appreciate that it’s pet friendly for our senior dog. Pity the beaches don’t allow swimming, not the fault of the hosts, and the homeless situation seems to be getting worse.」

「Property was in the perfect spot for dining and shopping and the ocean! The condo was super cute and perfect for my daughter and I. Only thing was I wasn’t receiving the communications through Expedia/Vrbo so I had to reach out to see how to check in. Once I did that, communication was excellent. Great stay.
