You'll find elegant furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities throughout. This grand home features a great view of the sound and is a short walk to the beach, providing you with the best environment to experience the ultimate getaway. The ground floor has plenty of parking, a private pool, and a hot tub. The first level has a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and a recreation area with a game room with a pool table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table.

Take a deep breath as you make your way to the third level. On this level, you will find a well-appointed kitchen, an executive-style dining set, a breakfast table, a smart TV, and a great room, all carefully and thoughtfully set up to wow everyone in your group.

There are six primary bedrooms plus a pyramid bunk bedroom, all with opulent décor and smart TVs. One en suite bathroom features a jetted tub and a separate shower.

The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
