「This was our first visit here, we stayed for 2 nights and I've no doubt we will be back. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We upgraded our room to a Executive King & Single Room, the room itself was very clean, on a corner location and was massive with an amazing huge floor to ceiling window with city views, we took great delight in sitting having drinks at the table and chairs watching the world go by. We weren't disturbed by any street noise...

Friendly staff, spotless rooms and perfect central location
Super comfortable beds and to say it’s in the city centre close to some music venues it’s really quiet and minimal road noise.
Nice to see separate bins for recycling in the rooms :)
We always park at the Train station which is a two minute walk from the hotel and only £15 to park from Friday morning to Monday which is great value」
「This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.
