「Though it was too early in the season for us to use the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids explored the shore for shells and had a great time in the playground. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved waking up to the ocean view - seeing seals and other wildlife. Overall, it was a very pleasurable stay and we would definitely come again!」

「The location map for the property was incredibly misleading. VRBO has the listing map in Nanaimo which was what was originally searched as we needed to be in town. However, when we arrived, the map on VRBO lead us to some reserve land (it was super sketchy). It wasn’t until I opened the email from the host that the address/location was provided. The property itself was in Ladysmith, 20kms away from the VRBO location point. We never would have booked it if we had known the actual location. Not at...

「The best thing about Dennis' place is the fabulous waterfront location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sea lions, gulls and even whales one day. The condo itself is very comfortable with great beds and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our month at Inn of the Sea.」

「The house is so so beautiful! Loved the art, bird books and details. The view and trees around are stunning. Wasn’t super clear about the beach access and that would have been nice to have given the location. Plan your stay around staying in a fair bit since it’s totally worth it and it’s not super close to shops/restaurants - but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. Check in process was a little confusing with several emails from the renting company asking to download an app and other stuff....

「stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic.」
