"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "
"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"

"I come to this hotel regularly. It's always very consistent and clean"
"Amazing thing is welcome service. There was welcome drink. Beer was available only till 18:00, but others were till late. Corn soup, orange juice etc.
Station to hotel is easy to walk. There was a roof covered walkway. There was a convenience store 1st floor. It is really great hotel. But not too much dinning places near by.

"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
"The hotel, the staff and location are top tier. We loved our stay here, which had a buffet breakfast, a connected Family Mart and a river walk with stunning grounds.
The staff was 10/10 with friendliness and eager to help. "
"The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip."
