「The room was as described. Clean with comfy beds」

「Service was great and the location was perfect. Thank you」

「Shinya's property Villa Kusunoki exceeded my expectations in accommodations, he gave us a ride to & from the airport, met us right at the exit door of the airport parking lot with his car. Friendly guy and is good with English, gets a conversation started easily. The house was well prepared for us, smelt nice, beds were made, neat and comfortable; The upstairs has master bedroom, karaoke mic with a good speaker, and relaxing setting with a desk to work or game on. Each room with a bed came with...

「We need silent, local and big accommodation and our choice was perfect!」

「Condensed version as forced to resubmit review. Property was changed from max 6 to 4 AFTER we booked. Beds supposedly for 2 were singles with 2 pillows. Toilet cannot be used by anyone much over 6' as two of us were. Condition questionable - broken interior door locks and holes/rips in doors. We could not stay, had to find hotels at the last minute.」

「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」

「Nice location and great Tokyo house!」

「Very nice place and the owner is so helpful. I will be here again」

「値段を考えるとかなり良かった👍」

「Beautiful and functional home The beds were a bit uncomfortable as you could feel the springs of the mattress Missing facecloths for washing Otherwise it was great」

「Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.」

「Extremely clean. Great location. Everything worked great. Would definitely recommend.」

「Petite maison tres fonctionnelle, bien placée et à proximité des transports. Notre hôte a ete très précis dans ses recommandations et disponible pour nous accueillir.」

「Amazing location. Great little quiet neighborhood with easy access to Metro. I went running every morning and I found the paths to be very easy for active people to move around. Very much enjoyed our stay」

「Fantastic place! Great location - where a 3 min walk to the Shin Okubo station lets you easily ride the JY line to all the major spots. While you can get into big city action easily with nearby late night Izakayas or Don Quixote shopping - the house itself is in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The property was big - we got an extra shower we didn’t expect - and while some of the furnishings were maybe a little bit old fashioned, the place itself was very nice. Ample bedding, towels, two...
