We had booked a room to make the event even more memorable. The room was clean and spacious. We had a lovely view from our balcony.

「Elevator didn’t work. Room was on the third floor. The stairwell had no cameras the third floor, where my room was has no cameras. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. One of the washing machines was out of order and a bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I couldn’t imagine a worse Accommodations. 」
「Convenience location for my event commutes. As good as Residence is from Marriot which above the average on this level hotel in the market. what i mean is Marriot any level is best than the other brands in everything.

「The Kind lady at the front desk when we first arrived, was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and did not smell.(this is a big thing to me because I have serious bad allergies.). The pool was clean and the round shape of the pool totally thrilled my granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay. Upon checkout at around 5:30 AM, the man behind the desk was grumpy. I’ll chop that up to maybe most people are grumpy that early in the morning. He did offer to let my six-year-oldgranddaughter...
