"The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel was a disaster. The elevator was broken for our entire stay, which was 6 days, and it had been broken a while according to the front desk. The air conditioner didn't work in the first 3 rooms we were assigned. We didn't get the larger suite we paid for because no air conditioners were working, but no refund was given either. The hotel is old and very dated and the pictures on here are not accurate. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. "

"The room had been updated, it was larger than we expected, so that was a nice surprise. It was very clean, the staff was great at meeting our needs, cleaning the room. Our only disappointment was our room was 10’ from the pool, which became noisy. Also we were given an adjoining room, which we did not request and their dog and several around us were barking quite frequently…our only complaint is the acoustics were a little thin… "

"The home was very clean and well-equipped. The one issue we had was quickly and promptly resolved (and no fault of the owner). We had two small dogs with us and the backyard was so much fun for them, and for us. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet. "
