"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our first-floor poolside room was incredibly convenient, allowing us to enjoy the pool with ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our visit relaxing and enjoyable. While daily maid service would have been nice, we received service as requested, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Tampa airport and Clearwater for spring training games. We also loved exploring the charming town of Safety Harbor, which offers plenty of great restaurants and unique shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area."

"There was no stove in the room as pictured. There was a hole in the bathroom that you could see the daylight from outside! I left my purse behind after check out, and called back that night, got told housekeeping area was locked and to call back the next morning. Called back and they “had someone check the room” only to call me back and say they did t find it. Filed an official complaint with corporate."
