「So the room I had (king bed suite) was definitely updated. Bed was comfy. Location is great. Walking distance to the beach and the casino ballroom. But I must say one thing. The parking lot is small and I noticed if you book a standard queen bed room you receive NO on site parking. I feel like this should be known to future visitors」

「Overall was a decent place to stay. The room was bigger than expected and amenities were good. Only complaint is a lot of wear and tear on walls / doors. Stains that could easily just be painted over was most of what we noticed. Other than that, staff was friendly and location was good.」

「The staff were super helpful! They helped accommodate a crazy schedule and parking for our group. The room looked clean but it smelled awful. The bathroom window had mildew in the window area maybe that was why? Loved the retro fridge, coffee maker setup. Parking was a bit wonky but worked out well for needing to park 2 cars since we didn’t need to move our cars (had to block 1 car in). It would have been so much better without the smell, I had a really hard time with it」

「The property was conveniently located between Wells and Ogunquin. We stayed in the two bedroom efficiency perfect for two couples and children. The staff was friendly and was accommodating upon late arrival. Wi-Fi access was weak and could use increase in signal strength, however they were pet friendly which is great when you bring your furry friend. I would stay here again!」

「We picked a room with an ocean view originally and then we were moved to a room with no view. The staff was helpful with late check in, but then the next morning when we were trying to check out no one was in the office when it was posted that it was open and we waited an extra 30 min and no one came in or answered our call. Good location though!」

「The first room I was assigned to, I couldn’t unlock the door, the man at the desk had to open it for me, that room looked well kept, newly renovated and clean but I tried for a few minutes to unlock the door myself and couldn’t so requested another room. The next room, the door opened fine. However there were 3 large wet looking stains on the comforter. It skeeved me out, and I didn’t stay.
