The Barley House restaurant nearby was very good. The fish chowder was excellent.

You'll enjoy the beaches and churches in Rye Beach. You might want to make time for a stop at Jenness State Beach or St. Andrew's-by-the-Sea.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. They gave me a free desert for my birthday celebration. The hot tub was fantastic. My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub and the sunrise from our bedroom. Highly recommend this hotel.
