"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too much. Loved it ...going again next year "

Wonderful 'hotel' quality bed linen and duvets, very comfortable beds.Clear and timely check in information. Property in central Worcester, not a National Park, as this feedback form insists....."
