「We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company.」

「Not secluded but appreciated the property location on the river. The gas station across the road was very convenient for last minute things that we forgot. The house was a great set up - everyone had their own room and space. The patio was perfect with two grills and a gorgeous setting. The barn was awesome - the kids played pool, cards, corn hole etc.」

「Everything was just great. Large ranch with beds for 12 was very comfortable. We opened everything up in the evenings to cool the house and closed in the morning and it stayed cool in the day. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with many spices and dishes and pans etc. The grill was the best I ave ever had at any rental house. Janet was very responsive to all requests and very timely too. It was a great stay and the house was a key part of out trip.」

Amenities that we enjoyed include the patio with gas grill, garage to keep our car out of the heat, washer & dryer, and dish washer.
