温泉すごい

フロントの韓国系の男性が、とても親日で親切でした。温泉がすばらしく、是非体験してほしいです。入れば良さがわかります。１００％満足でした。

部屋が広く、個室の温泉が屋外にあった。温泉は十分な温かさで、肌がつるつるになるかんじでとても良かった！ナイトマーケットやサタデーマーケットのアクセスがとても良く便利。

親切な宿

思っていたよりも、分かりやすい位置にあり、フロントで対応してくれた係員のおばさんは非常に親切だった。また、田舎町の所為か、周りも換算とはしていたが、開放的な感じの方が強く印象に残った。 市内も丁度散歩と考えれば、結構健康的な生活もおくれる。

Useless staff They said they didn’t have my booking the hotel is fully booked and they were not trying to help find another place specially that it was school holidays and ever everywhere else were fully booked

Amazing stay

We had a fantastic stay in Rotorua. Very nice amenities. Nice pool outside. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Rotorua.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 bedroom Unit was very clean, however it was dated. Note on the wall stating Guests need to do own dishes or there is an additional charge, which was very disappointing as previous guests may not have washed them well. Pool and mineral pool were nice.

Motel looks a little worn on the outside but our room was very warm and clean. Staff were friendly but it was quite noisy outside our room as the laundry was right next door.

Have stayed here a few times before, because it is close to town. And has a nice outdoor hot pool. This time around the pool was a little cooler, but the thermal pool made up for it.

Ok stay

The stay was rather unnoteworthy. Decent location, friendly-enough staff, and mostly clean accommodations. We wouldn't seek it out again but wouldn't avoid it either.

Close to the city, our room was a standard Motel although the appearance is somewhat tired. some tidying up around the exterior needs to be done. Our room was pleasant, and we had no problem with other guests. Car park marking needs repainting.

Welcoming and modern

A lovely motel, run well by the owners. Very friendly and welcoming service, the room was big and modern. I loved the detail in the beverages (eco-friendly and sustainable). Good location with access to Massey University and the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Rotorua

The motel is very tired but the staff is friendly and the location is very central. The park across the street is great for viewing geothermal and eat street is a short walk away. The pool was very warm and clean and the thermal pools were small but nice and hot.

한국인 호스트의 친절과 상세한 설명에 감사한다. 친구 4명이 사용하기에 충분한 시설과 청결함이 있었다. 무료족욕이 가능한 주변 공원이 있었다. 다음에 로토루아 방문시 또다시 머물고 싶은 곳이다

Short walking distance to shops

Overall good clean motel with good facilities. My kids loved the heated swimming pool and as for me and my wife, the mineral spa. Our room had an air condition so that was quite pleasant to keep the room cool. The only downside was even in the middle of the night, there was still a bit of traffic noises. Think mostly due to room close to the road. However, that won't deter me to stay here on my next visit.

Easy and relaxing

Friendly staff, rooms were nothing fancy but clean and tidY and comfortable.would definitely stay there again. Family loved it. Pool was amazing too

Fantastic heated pool.

Friendly staff. Accommodation suited our needs perfectly. Couldn’t believe we had a full oven in our room. Home away from home. Children loved the heated swimming pool.
