良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We booked this flat for eight nights for my family of four. According to the pics and description, it seemed like a great place. A few thoughts:Location wise, it couldn’t be better. Literally a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. Cost…for eight nights was reasonable.It was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. Had to “rent” towels and sheets, which is apparently common practice.Accessing the apartment is up four narrow flights of stairs. Tough when I’m carrying four, 50 lbs. suitcases.The parking situation is rough. There is paid parking very close. Free parking is about 1/2 mileaway.It is very loud outside as the streets wake up around 9pm. Also, there were about eight guys staying in the apartment below us and they partied pretty much non-stop. I complained to the host twice and was told they would talk to the tenants but “feel free to call the police.”The described “tasteful” decor is a few yellowing prints hanging on the walls.There’s one, wall-mounted air conditioner in the living room area and it does just ok in cooling down the entire apartment.Our first night there, the refrigerator died and spoiled most of the food we had purchased. It took the entire next day and several messages, but the host finally did get the refrigerator replaced. They also reimbursed me for the food we lost.Overall, this is a decent place for a quick crash. However, for my family, I wouldn’t stay here again.
