「The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.」

「I booked at 1 cost, agreed by Expedia with a receipt....and when I checked out the hotel charged me $1800 USD more!!!!! I am still fighting, but looks like I am going to lose....but the battle continues! I will not book this way again!!!!!」
