The b&b itself is excellent. Very clean and modern. The owner is great and very helpful. The downside is the property’s location. The b&b is within a very large block of flats in rather run down area. Better information about this in the ad would be helpful and much better instructions on how to find the property after booking is badly needed.

Comfortable stay at affordable cost, friendly host
This hotel was sparkling clean and brand new. The Host was super friendly and guided us how to make best use of our stay at Rome. I visited Rome with my wife and she was happy with the hotel. The breakfast offered was great but limited option. The only issue we faced was bus frequency from our hotel was not that frequent and we had to walk to the Metro which is around 2KM, 20 minutes walk. Will highly recommend for anyone who is looking for great stay at affordable cost.

Nice place to stay
Franco is very friendly. The spacious room is well maintained and cleaned which makes our stay pleasant. I had a rental car. Parking on the road side is free. The nearest metro station Jonio is only two km away. I leave my car by the metro station and use a train to access city center, which is convienent and budget-saving.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza di fine anno a Roma, grazie all'ospitalità di Franco. Il BnB é spettacolare, dotato di tutti i comfort possibili: avevamo anche un bagno privato e una ricca colazione ogni mattina, per non parlare​ della comodissima e fornitissima cucina che ci ha permesso di preparare la cena con gli ingredienti presi al supermercato li vicino. Il BnB é ben collegato con bus e metro e risulta comodo ed ospitale per tutti. Grazie ai consigli di Franco riguardo i ristoranti e gli spostamenti, questa vacanza é stata a dir poco impeccabile. Un caro saluto ed un gigantesco grazie a Franco per averci aiutato in tutto e per tutto. Super consigliato!
