The typical Tuscan farmhouse Flores is located halfway between Siena and Grosseto in the municipality of Roccastrada. Renovated in 2016, all flats are part of a single house with large open spaces and very close to places of great historical interest, landscape and food and wine. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The country house boasts a private open terrace. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower. In the communal garden area there is a stone-built barbecue available to all the guests of the property. Furthermore, the property measures 27 hectares in its entirety. Immaculate woodland and rows of vineyards and olive groves are its natural setting, producing an excellent wine and olive oil.

The property is situated near hiking trails and the restaurant Casa Mazzoni is also located nearby.

A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed. The pool is open from 1st April - 30th September.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.
