"Evrey staff member we encountered was outstanding! Very polite, energetic, approachable; honestly they left a lasting impression. The property is pretty dated and in need of some repairs, it looks like they are doing some work though. Breakfast was great, not your typical crap quality. I dont know that I would choose to stay here again based on the property, but if it did it we be because of all of the great staff."

"My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing for the orange juice and said he’d speak with the kitchen team. He did exactly that and the orange juice was considerably better this stay. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. "
