Péssima!

Foi a pior experiência em hotéis que já tivemos na vida. Atendentes desorganizados, mal educados, desorientados, demorados. Pedimos um saca rolha no quarto e nunca foi entregue. Não faziam reposição dos alimentos no café da manhã. No beach club, demorava mais de 1hora para nos atender. Não voltaremos nunca mais e não indico a ninguem. Foge totalmente dos padrões de outros hotéis da rede Sheraton que já nos hospedamos!

Funcionários muito gentis, café da manhã bom com bastante variedade. O cardápio do restaurante e do espaço da piscina externa deveria ter mais opções de petiscos e pratos com frutos do mar. A manutenção do hotel deixa a desejar, tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes. O sistema de ar condicionado dos quartos não está funcionando bem, não se consegue baixar a temperatura. Nesse tempo de forte calor fica bem complicado.

Um pouco frustrante

O hotel é maravilhoso, estrutura fantástica! Porém está muito mal cuidado, os jardins abandonados. O Beach Club é lindo, porém pela falta de cuidado não está agradável, tampouco a piscina do hotel. O café foi servido no centro de convenções, em mesas enormes, ao estilo "bandejão", onde não tinhamos privacidade para desfrutar do momento, pois as mesas eram compartilhadas, além do ambiente ser bem impessoal, diferente do restaurante do hotel que torna o momento mais agradável. Fomos acomodados em uma suíte adaptada para cadeirante, sem box no banheiro. Chegamos ao hotel as 14:40 e nosso check in não foi liberado, somente após as 15hrs como previsto na reserva, mas não vejo dificuldades em liberar um apt 15 min antes para satisfazer um hospede que pagou 700 reais em uma diária.

Experiência no clube do hotel foi horrível, necessita de muita manutenção e de pessoal mais capacitado. O hotel não parecia ser quatro estrelas, o café da manhã era um verdadeiro bandejao!

Um pesadelo

a estrutura do hotel é fantástica, porém o atendimento, qualidade dos restaurantes e do beach club é lamentável. Viajamos em família, não tivemos o menor suporte, passamos o reveillon numa varanda do hotel sem a menor estrutura, pois o restaurante não servia nada diferente de "misto quente", jantamos no melhor restaurante deles, pagando caro, com um serviço vergonhoso, todos os pratos chegaram em momentos diferentes, frios, sem sabor. Uma grande decepção! Depois de amargar esse mau atendimento, resolvemos nos virar em Recife todos os dias e somente voltar para dormir no hotel. Jamais voltaremos e nem recomendaremos!

O Hotel tem ótima estrutura física, porém está precisando de manutenção tanto física como do mobiliário. Tem uma numerosa equipe de profissionais que estão precisando de se reciclagem e melhor desempenhar em suas funções.Talvez até reduzir o quadro. I definitely recommend!!

This hotel was so accommodating! From check in to the beach club, everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt the hotel was well priced, super clean, and close to the beach. The only downside was the fact that this area is on a shark super highway so no swimming basically. Nature at work!! But the club was great, nonetheless.Great caipirinhas!!

Bom Custo Benefício .

Logo no check in fui informado que não teria direito a café da manhã e logo percebi o intuito do colaborador querer me vender um up garde, achei um pouco forçado. As condições da área da piscina na Praia estão precisando de reforma . no Domingo a piscina entrou em manutenção, mas logo no Domingo ? não poderia ser na Segunda ? Daria nota 08.

SERVIÇO LENTO (BAR DA PISCINA)

Já tive a oportunidade de me hospedar por 3 vezes no Shereton Reserva do Paiva. Em geral, é muito bom, confortável e limpo. Os pontos negativos que percebi em todas as vezes que me hospedei, é na questão do atendimento no serviço de Bar da piscina (muito demorado), no serviço de copa no quarto (muito lento) e nas variedades oferecidas no cardápio do bar da piscina. O café da manhã continental é muito limitado. Não me agradou! O resto foi de acordo.

Hotel confortável. Serviço deixa a desejar.

Infelizmente, o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Já havia me hospedado no Hotel outras vezes e me surpreendeu a queda na qualidade do serviço. Não havia funcionários na área da piscina, apenas uma atendente no bar para todos os pedidos de bebida, comida e limpeza. Como resultado, o local estava sujo e não havia toalhas para os hóspedes. O atendimento na área do beach club também estava muito lento e muitas opções de comida e bebida do cardápio estavam em falta. A minha percepção é a de que o quadro de funcionários é muito pequeno para a demanda do Hotel. Apesar da má qualidade do serviço, os quartos do Hotel são excelentes.

Sempre quis me hospedar no Sheraton de Recife e fiz isso com as minhas amigas esse final de semana. A questao e que fizemos o check in por volta das 15hrs e depois saimos, ao retornarmos cansadas do show fomos abordadas duas vezes pelo seguranca. Primeiro na entrada quando perguntamos onde estacionariamos o carro ele foi super rude e perguntou varias vezes o quarto q estavamos hospedadas mesmo depois de apresentarmos a documentação. Quando entramos ele perguntou a mesma coisa de novo, e nos seguiu ate o elevador, nos coibindo para não andarmos no hotel. Foi abusivo ! Sem falar que a terceira cama ainda n tinha sido colocada no quarto e nossos cartões estavam bloqueados e tivemos q descer ate a recepção de novo para pedir novos cartoes! Perdemos tempo, e ficamos extremamente chateadas. Nunca me senti tao humilhada! Tenho uma agencia de viagens e vai ser difícil vender esse hotel pra os meus clientes. Nos reportamos ao gerente no dia seguinte, mas o fato tirou toda nossa animação nessa estadia, foi frustrante.
