"Was looking at staying 2 extra nights, but left . Wifi was awful there. Odor in room , but at 11;00 pm was offered another room , I declined as I was leaving in AM Breakfast and staff there amazing. Short walk from things ppl like to see or do !"

"Average clean room, nothing special. Not close enough to shops and amenities. The air-conditioning is not powerful, it won’t drop below 20. On hot Taipei days, this is really insufficient. We called the front desk for pillows that weren’t flat and were told that he couldn’t get us any then but will the next day. We heard nothing more. Three of the four pillows were extremely flat, which means they were either very very old and used, or they were just poor quality pillows. Not up to any hotel standard. Will not stay here again."

"Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings."

"Friendly staff, clean and well kept property. Love the Sky Garden! They have made recent improvements so it's an even nicer place to relax and take in the view of the mountains. "
