The location of the hotel is great but very old and got cockroach and not convenience for elderly. However we still like the hotel it location and value.

Decent size for the price with a nice staff. Awfully dirty, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Definetely not a 3 star hotel, no cleaning during 4 nights, no taking trashes out, you have to ask for toilet paper/soap/change of towels. Do yourself a favor and find a real hotel.

立地は最高！夜市も近いし、コンビニや観光するにも便利な場所。建物自体は古い、トイレとバスタブはたくさんの髪の毛が落ちていた。あまりキレイに掃除されているとは思えないが、値段を考えたら問題ない。

MRT松山駅2番出口から徒歩ですぐに在り、三人部屋を二人で使用。値段の割に部屋も広めで場所も良く、早めにチェックインさせてもらえて有難かった。ただ建物が古い事は了解できるが、衛生状態がすこぶる悪い。床と洗面所、風呂には無数の髪の毛が残っており、床には小さな虫の死骸(蚤かと思われる)を2つ発見。床の隅には埃が堆積。まず床の掃除機はしていないと思われる。トコジラミが居ないか心配の為、一晩中電気を付けたまま就寝。荷物はビニール袋に包装した。掃除はしっかりしてほしいと思う。
