「Great location and with a parking space albeit very tight to get the car down the lane and we don’t have a large car. House was as described but very basic and just felt like not a lot of thought had gone into the decor and making it homely. Just a couple beach pics on the walls. Outdoors furniture was dirty. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable. Downstairs toilet was dirty. Shower leaked and difficult to get in and out of the bath with the large shower...

「Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!」

「Great Place l. Everything clean and tidy. Very kind host and warm welcome. Thanks for the tour of the farm. A really lovely place!!!」

「The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!」

「A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.」

「Great location.」

Lovely bathroom with a super shower. Spring flowers emerging in the garden, beautiful location in the Elham Valley area with...

「We had a fabulous stay at the Coach House. From the moment we drove up to the house, we were wowed. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, all home comforts and more. Great location for all ages, country walks and minutes to the local pebble beach. Sandwich had plenty of restaurants and pubs. Lots of little shops. Deal was lovely for a day out. We will be going back for sure!」

「A very picturesque and quiet location. The hosts were very friendly and were there if we needed anything. They have thought of absolutely everything you could need and the cottage was immaculate. We would thoroughly recommend a vacation here and we would definitely stay again.」
