The Deluxe Room was nothing special, the food was very underwhelming, the staff was ok but not welcoming and they couldn't accomodate to have the room set up with the "lovers (?)" package while we went for dinner. "The young lady at the reception desk was superb in her service. The restaurant was very adequate. A Service charge is added to the price of the meals, something I find a bit offensive because it assumes too much, I would leave more for a tip but the management made that decision for me.
