「family room has two bath room, this was very good for us 5 family. Bufe dinner/breakfast were also good!」

「真夏で30度になるヨーロッパでエアコン付きなので予約しましたが、部屋に入るとエアコンが付きません。フロントに電話すると窓を開けてと即答でした。酷い対応。次にシャワーを使うと水が溢れる床の施工。シャワー室から配水口とは逆流する傾斜なので1分で当然溢れ出ました。それでやっと部屋を変えてくれましたが、ツインのところダブルにされて時間も夜中1時でした。酷すぎます。」

「A really warm welcome, the owners were so helpful and informative. Balatongyrök is quiet but there were plenty of restaurant options available. The hotel is well situated and the service is really good.」

「The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up. 」

「Nice spa type hotel with on site restaurant. Tough to negotiate lots of stairs as handicapped, but we worked it out and they gave me handicapped Parking spot and building with a lift. Nice dinner and breakfast 」

「Okej ställe . Poolen var väldigt kall. Står 25grader men det var den verkligen inte . Gymmet va ingen höjdare 」

「Leider wurde bei der Erstbeschreibung Waschmaschine, Trockner und WLAN (Wifi) angeboten, leider Fehlanzeige, das wäre alles zu verkraften gewesen, jedoch nachdem nach 4 Tagen die Toillettenspülung versagte, war unser restlicher Urlaub vermiest.」

「Location, building itself, beautiful garden are nice. But service should be improved. For example, breakfast was served but coffee mach machine was broken, scrambled egg seemed to served but it was empty when we went to the dining room (it was around 8:00, not too late). You can find 'this hotel is dog-friendly' on it's website, but the room for us(we took our dog there) was smelly.」
