「My room was clean.... no TV, however shower was outside, toilet was outside. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper!!!! I paid 2 nights, I left after 1 night... yak, yak, yak...」

「Érkezésünkkor kiemelkedően szívélyesen fogadtak. Tökéletes volt a tisztaság. Szépen berendezett a szoba, újszerű a fürdőszoba. Ami sok szállodában hiányos, itt volt elegendő akasztó a fürdőszobában. A szálloda központi elhelyezkedésű, nyugodt pihenést biztosít. Nagyon igényes, finom reggelit kaptunk. Jövünk máskor is. Köszönjük!」

「We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

「Vi hade ett rum på baksidan. WiFi räckte inte dit. Utcheckning var senast 7 fast receptionen var inte bemannad förrän kl 9. Personal bar snäll och hjälpte oss att byta rum pga hund. Fanns ingen gratis parkering i närheten. Fick parkera 1km från hotellet.」
