"We were new to vacationing in this area. I would highly recommend this home. The location to downtown and Fisherman’sVillage was perfect! The home was nice for just relaxing by the pool or in hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. I can definitely see coming back! "

"Very disappointing. First of all, not the house I thought I was renting. Didn't realize until I paid it was 32/ day to heat the pool and told it must be all or nothing ie 3 weeks or not at all. This was the most poorly stocked kitchen we've ever experienced and have rented extensively although never through this vendor. It appeared to be a collection of tools no one wanted any long rather than what may actually be needed. One dull paring knife and one dull larger knife. We had to purchase knives. The icemaker quit week 3.The coffee pot was missing a part and therefore could not be used (pod portion). No cleaning supplies available. NOT ONE MANUEL IN THIS HOUSE TO INSTRUCT ON HOW ANYTHING WORKED including the roku tv. Toilet backed up and had to be removed to remove tree roots. This was not a new problem obviously. The tub wouldn't drain and had to be treated. Never did use the pool. Couldn't use the garage although it was empty. We are a senior couple who are respectful of others property and follow the rules; however, we didn't feel the owner(s) respected their guests. It took us two days to figure out the thermostat and turn off the air. Never did figure out the TV, couldn't watch the Superbowl and had 10 hours a day of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders on! I got sick week 2 and spent the rest of this 'vacation' in bed or on the couch. It was, altogether, the worst experience we've had renting a home. "

"Exactly as described. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Fisherman's village and close to the shops in downtown Punta Gorda. Our kids loved the pool and now want to move to Florida. We didn't use the bikes or other extras, but they were appreciated! Wonderful house and location. The owner is quick to respond to messages and solve any issues. We would return!"

"Beautiful, spacious home, located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a canal. Short driving distance to Fishermans Village, downtown Punta Gorda and nearby shopping. Property is as described; host was responsive and communicative. Lovely nature walk less than a half mile from the property. Nice place to stay for peace and relaxation."

The house is close to downtown and Fisherman’s Village and had all the basic necessities we needed for cooking our meals. The hosts were quick to respond and attentive to any needs. "Beautiful condo on the canal! The condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay including fishing rods and tackle! The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts were extremely responsive and welcomed us with a little goodie basket and cookies! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, going to Fisherman's Village for shopping and drinks under the tiki hut, exploring Punta Gorda and the gulf beaches. This condo truly is a "gem". We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for making our stay extra special!!"
