Our privately owned condo is fully furnished located in the prestigious Costa Hermosa Residence, in Punta Cana, Bávaro. It offers the perfect environment for a great active and relaxing vacation.
Approximately 7 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute to any fine dining and 8 minutes from the best nightlife on the island.
Spend your days relaxing on the beach or explore the many activities spread throughout Punta Cana. We also have storage lockers for rent long-term or short-term, you can store your beach chair, golf clubs, surfboard, kayak, bicycle, etc.There will be an actual meter reading on the
check-in and again on check out. The
difference is the number of kilowatts used.
Each kilowatt is RD 20 peso
Guests are charged the electric consumption.
There's a one time 45US$ cleaning fee; plus
US$300 refundable security deposit.
