THIS PLACE IS A GEM!! Don't let the dated exterior worry you; this hotel is immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned." Highly recommend it!

Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was perfect at my stay here at this hotel

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to...

Took our family here for New Years Eve and we had the beat view of the Space Needle Light Show. Made it a very memorable experience for our family. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again soon.

Immediate area has drugged houseless individuals - not the hotels fault

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

The hotel is across from a Target, a block from Pikes market and an easy walk(with luggage), to Westlake train station. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site( Ben Paris) has really good food. But the best thing is the bed!!!!
