"We absolutely LOVED the area. We have not stayed in that area before, normally opting for the central part of the city. This hotel was quiet and part of it is on a dead end, so traffic noise is non-existent. The bed was the BEST we've experienced in the past 20 hotels in which we've stayed! The pillows were of extremely high quality and the linens excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking was in a protected area underground and easy to access. We took an Uber this morning to Pike Place for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and there was a bar to get a drink in the evenings. We loved everything about this hotel and will book again."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and updated. Loved the roof top deck, huge bonus. Great location right downtown and walkable to all the key sutes and great restraunts. Some reviews mentioned the homeless. I did not notice them to be much of an issue anymore than any typical bug city has. I felt safe staying there. "

"From the second we booked this hotel, to checkout our experience was absolutely amazing!!! First off the staff is amazing!!! They allowed us early check in since rooms were available. My husband called before we arrived and informed them that it was my birthday, so they upgraded our room to give us executive lounge access with free breakfast and beverages and snakcs available throughout the day! Our room was on the highest floor and we had the MOST incredible view of the entire city with Mt. Ranier to the left and the cascades to the right! The view of the space needle was beautiful from here as well! The bathrooms were top notch and the toilet even had the japanese style bidets with heated seats and dryers! Staying at this hotel was a top experience for us in Seattle and without a doubt I will always return here when I come back to Seattle!!! Highly highly recommend! I would even say this could go as far as one of my most favorite hotel stays ever!"

"Front desk was great, valet parking attendants went above and beyond! Room service was disappointing, it was 15 mins after the “scheduled” time but the order was missing items, silverware, and napkins. The guy who brought our food to the room was unfriendly and walked away before I could check the order. When I tried to call the front desk and the room service line the phone system didn’t allow me to speak to a person, just kept reverting me to the online ordering but can’t request anything or correction online. "
