"Check in was great, very clean room, comfortable bed. The free made to order breakfast was amazing! Karen Eveline is the waitress which takes very good care of you and the two ladies in the kitchen make the most delicious breakfast. Omelettes, fresh fruit, waffles, yoghurt , toast, cooked to order eggs plus there were many other Mexican dishes on the menu. Definitely will be coming back."

"The main reason why we selected this hotel was that there is someone who can help you and have contact with. The location is quiet, close to everything. You’ll have to climb some steps. The place feels personal, charming and quiet. The common area is very inviting and peaceful. And the terrace has a wonderful view. The room was very clean, shower with hot water no issues at all, clean linens and towels. Juan (who is there from 8:00am-5:00pm) is super kind and friendly, with excellent communication since the beginning to the end. Juan kept our suitcases after checkout without a problem so we could enjoy PV some more hours and before leaving they gave us a charger that we left in the room. We would be back no doubt. To have Juan there makes a big difference vs. some other places where you only rent the place."
