"Nice hote,but the stairs from the road is to steep to get to office which is on the ground floor and your room is up above the offices area. Not handicap accessible no elvators if you're elderly or have trouble moving around. If you're in shape this a a good hotel to get you stair climb on. "

"Give me a break - building a cover over your Mercedes when the rooms are in need of updates! Two out of three lights in the washroom are not working, the one that does is over the toilet, faucet is leaking water over the counter, shower door will NOT STAY closed - magnets rusted and NO towel racks left on the wall!"

"This is a great place to stay by the falls and off the beaten path. You can walk the few miles into the white sand beach area or take a short walk to the Talipanan Falls. The folks are very friendly and the food is great. Room was comfortable with AC. Hammocks, swimming, pool etc are all right there. "

"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. "Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"
