「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity...

「It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family. Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there.
