Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. 「Ok will for a cheap stay it is well worth it there isn't to much about ..but a shell garage a 24hr kk ( luke 7/11) store and a shopping mall manly full of clothing for the ladys your love it... food is also very good 7th floor Bolt into KUL twin towers is about 35-40 minutes away around 32rm to 40rm pretty cheap if your walking which i recommend is way better to see wat you are missing out on in a car is 3-4 shopping malls along the way 」

「Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. One of the towels was not change so I use my own towel. Location is good as is walking distance to shopping mall.」
