"Even though hotel says Bukit Bintag it’s a little further away. Breakfast was ok and rooms were not great and the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. Rooms were very small. Staff didn’t show care and smile is not there. Wonder why these hotels can’t train their staff to smile and show genuine hospitality concern. Stayed for a night so can’t complain too much"

Beautiful design, every possible amenity, spacious rooms that feel very open, stunning views of this cosmopolitan city, impeccable service. Also, hotel gyms are rarely good, but this one was excellent. Additionally, the pool area is stunning. I will return to this hotel when visiting KL in future.

Ok...me again! Original 2 night stay extended 3 nights....extended 2 more nights...extended 1 more night. So its a new hotel...not many reviews. The 6/10 rating from another person over house keeping seems like a "one-off- or a person with a very particular expectation/need that may not be realistic....because our continued experience at this place was simply...ideal!!! Housekeeping was extremely attrentive and almost caught off guard when we told them not to bother turning over room some...

The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money.
The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage.
The breakfast has a variety that allows those new to Asian food to experience it in baby steps.

The hotel is old--carpet is old and sticky, cabinets under the sink smell like mold, etc. but the location is amazing, connected to the Mariott and right across the street from Westin and Pavillion shopping plaza. The staff there is exceptional, they were very attentive and accomodating, housekeeping staff was very thoughtful (they put a glass and a bottle of water next to our nightstand after noticing we had a water bottle there). We went to get breakfast at the Westin and Mariott and the staff...

need a huge improvement on food and beverage.
stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food.
overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100.
