"Poor check in experience, lack of prof. service and dicey charging/receipt provision. Poor mattress /bedding, Was charged for advertised king but was a queen bed with short blankets. Low quality toilet area. Water was yellow colored and did not trust it to take a shower. Outlet did not work and was hanging by a wire. Stayed on 3rd floor with no lift. Noisy at night due to the street scene and next room through wall noise. We tried it because of its high rating but that turned out to be false in...

"Not so good. Beds horrible. Had to ask for an upgrade which they did do wit a bit of an attitude and when asked an additional night we were charged triple what we paid through hotels.com. Otherwise central to where you want to be to pick up a Grab quickly, get to the sites, if you don’t care about your room being serviced and the rooms being a bit outdated and moist. "
