Good value stay with clean comfy room, near to Pudu & Bukit Bintang area. Due to Covid, many F&Bs are not in business in the mall next door.

I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like less and less though, as variety and quality have degraded over time, eg only Cafe Americano from the machines, blue-ish scrambled eggs, and resupply problems at the buffet from 07:15 onwards.

The room was spacious and the decoration original. Service and cleanliness was quite excellent. The hotel restaurant was struggling with resupplying the breakfast buffet at busy times in the morning, which requires improvement. The adjacent mall used to contain dining options for the evening, which is no longer the case. Most of the dinner options close to the hotel require cash payment, and according advice by the hotel would be helpful.

Overall experience stay is satisfactory. Room is spacious and clean, with simple deco. I got a room not facing the main road/highway, so it was nice and quiet. it would be nice to add another chair to the room. Nice to see real plants in and outside the hotel. There is a gym and pool for visitors especially business travellers to wind down. It's good to have recycling bins near the lobby. Staff are friendly. The mall next door is easiy accessible but most shops have closed down. Limited eateries that are walking distance near the hotel at night.

値段とショッピングモールの中という事で予約しましたが、vivatelの中のモールはエスカレーターが止まっていました。 部屋の中は綺麗ですが、虫が入ってくきてしまってました。プールも良かったです。筋トレルームはありますが、マシンは潰れてます。 朝食は外で食うことをおすすめします。 歩いて10分のイオンやショッピングモールは人も程よく少なく綺麗でめっちゃ楽しめました。 grabがないと、タクシーを拾うのは少し難しいです。 電車は先ほどいったイオンの近くの駅の方が絶対いいです。綺麗ですし、分かりやすいです。 最寄駅は地元の人しか使わない感じで難しいです。

The hotel is a nice hotel. Centrally located, but it is a little dated. My biggest disappointment however is that it is next to the highway, and the windows are not soundproof. I could hear the traffic all night, which disrupted my sleep. The staff was however nice and accommodating. I would stay again if not a room near the highway.
