「The stay was nice. The room was okay. It looked like the carpet was the original and dirty. It should be replaced or have the same wood as the half of the room that was wood. The curtains should be replaced. The backing was peeling but the front was ok. The breakfast only had quiche every day, with no variety on the eggs. The breakfast area was in the basement.

「Great location. Clear communication. Cute cozy room.」

「The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent」

「The hotel has three buildings and all are in a fine location. Free breakfast is very good. There is a shower bath but no bathtub. Staff are very friendly. My room was on the basement story and smelt a little bit musty, but it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious.」

「Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」

「Great property in a great location.」
