「We loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back to Portland. The only issue we had was our door code. Arriving at 2 in the morning that is the last thing you want to be messing with. We received an email with check in instructions and the door code was listed. It wouldn’t work. It had a video to watch and still wouldn’t work. Called the number listed and thankfully there was an answer but it’s an answering service since a management company manages the listing. 「Nicely appointed one bedroom condo on 2nd floor in 3 story building. Very quiet and comfortable with small balcony overlooking street. Nice to have outdoor space. Kitchen well stocked and also has washer/dryer. Very comfortable king size bed. Easy walk to excellent restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Beautiful neighborhood with diverse architecture. Becky is kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again. Handy to have parking pass for our car; sometimes challenging to...

「The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were comfortable. Walking to shops and restaurants was very doable. Parking could be a little iffy.」

「Very responsive host, lovely condo, in a convenient location, and with everything you need for a longer stay.」

「Great property! The condo is located at the edge of the pearl district and along the Willamette River. I was there in May to the first week of June and took advantage of walks along the river. Communication was fantastic. When I had questions, they were answered quickly. You can walk to events at the Rose Garden or on the waterfront. Not to mention, happy hour or first Thursday in the pearl. For the negatives: Limited parking. The condo comes with one parking spot inside the gate. If you have...

「Great location. It was a summer rental for an employment opportunity. Worked perfectly. Host was very easy to communicate with.」

「Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!」

「Clean, well-kept, easy access to neighborhood. Meg is kind and helpful. 」
