「The apartment was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Check in was smooth. Communications with the property owner were a breeze--she was very responsive and helpful! We had access to a good gym which is always a plus when traveling. Great value! We highly recommend.」

「Mckinney is a nice location compared to the busy, crowded, traffic-riden Dallas. Property was very convenient to shopping of all kinds, very nice pool area with grills and tables, lots of room. . Very quiet mon thru Thursday but be aware, unit sits close to a couple bar/grills and an outdoor live music stage. Friday night was very loud til after midnight. Very loud!!! Hard to sleep. Otherwise pleasant stay.」

「Location was great. Check in was great. Dishes were dirty. Bed was small (not sure it’s even a queen, pretty sure it’s a full). Bed has one side that is very warn and one side that is not; over all bed is very uncomfortable and also has a plastic sound. Pillows were flat- extremely old. White towels were dingy, did not feel clean. Nothing to sit on out on the patio either. I would say very classic of “you get what you pay for”.」

「The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.」

「We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. 」

「The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...
