「There was a commotion, loud noises and people honking their horns about 2 o’clock on a weekday morning. The manager was able to take $20 off a bill, but I think she could’ve done better. Also, the air conditioner made some weird loud noises to interrupt our sleep schedule. Maintenance should have taken care of that before we arrived.」

「Very nice, new property close to all the fun in downtown Prescott. We were able to hike the nature trail adjacent to the hotel in the mornings and walk to dinner in the evenings. Very clean and comfortable room, nice pool and super helpful staff.」

「2 lights in room blinking non stop one not working. Trash cans in courtyard overflowing for 3 days. Rack above toilet falling out breakfast is sad」

「I love this hotel. I’m all about staying in historic places. The staff is friendly and our room is always clean and comfortable. The location is the best! The parking lot on the side of the building is great. However, the upper balcony looks like it will come crashing down any minute, and the large cracks in the outer brick walls give me serious pause. I would love to see this amazing building get the TLC it needs and deserves.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The building is old which means the rooms are designed on the small side. However, the room was clean and comfortable. It is in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The public parking garage was free. We are planning another trip to Pescott in December and have already booked a room at The Grand Highland Hotel.」
