「We were pleased with the location of the hotel, it was in walking distance of the station, the seafront and the town centre. Folkestone was lovely to explore. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming and did their very best to assist us. Our room was generous in size and was warm and clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and they were both delicious and good value for money. I would highly recommend the gluten free fish and chips! We thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails...

「The moment you walked in the door, you were greeted with an excellent welcome. The room was fabulous, and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food and service , both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend.」

「The hotel location is great the hotel is a little old but that adds to the charm, however the staff are outstanding with the breakfast team especially being cheerful smiling all morning. The breakfast was better than we expected, and we will definitely stop her again.」

「You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints! - lovely staff - clean bed - kettle with coffee and tea provided - beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me) You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help. Thank you Carlton.」
