"The hotel was lovely and very close to the underground. The room was very warm when we arrived late at night and tried the air conditioning but it didn’t work using the remote control. Was told by reception that the A/C is not on during the winter months (end Mar/begin April - across Austria they said) and told to use thermostat on radiator but opened the windows instead which was fine but a bit of road/street noise outside. Enjoyed our stay though."

"I Stay here again and again! Great location only a few stops from the city centre easy to get to the main attractions. The rooms are a good size and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel is on a quiet street so easy to sleep at night . Highly recommend "

"The stuff was so lovely, especially into the breakfast and restaurant one of the girls give us a cake for our anniversary which was 30 year and also Stephanie was very helpful as well. I’ve got to say about the restaurant was that good? The gentleman that was serving and also the other younger girl, so happy with everything"

"A welcome drink in the bar was a delight as well as the freindly and attentive staff that were very helpful with recommendations for our stay in Vienna. Unfortunately we not go for breakfast. Wonderful and clean hotel and rooms. Would highly recommend hotel for your time in Vienna. "
